The following letter was sent from an extremely happy customer that wishes to remain anonymous: “I want to congratulate you on the performance of your service staff member, Ms. Leslie Linquist. I brought my Toyota Prius 2009 in for recall service on Monday, January 28, 2013.
Ms. Linquist answered all my questions and happily helped provide me with a “loaner” car while my car was being serviced. She was very professional and courteous despite my gruff manner. She is part of the reason that I will continue to have my car serviced with Findlay Toyota.

my schedule and was simply a nice person. This service remedied issues two other Toyota dealers could not, my truck currently runs like the day I bought it. Please thank everyone; Ms Melby and the mechanics for me!!!"
Deirdre Moulinier had this to say after purchasing her new Toyota RAV4 from Findlay Toyota Flagstaff: "I was very, very happy with my visit and purchase. Susan Gonzales had this to say after her recent service visit: "I am repeatedly amazed by the friendly service I receive at Findlay Toyota (Flagstaff). I made an appointment ahead of time for service for Dec. 26 at 10:00 in the morning. I have to drive from Kayenta to Flagstaff every time I need my oil changed. It's a long drive of about 150 miles. The day before Christmas I received an email stating that my appointment was at 11:15 rather than the 10:00 I had made. By the time I got the email it was too late to call. So I drove in anyway and was ready to argue about the appointment time. However, when I got there and explained that I was confused by the email, the wonderful lady I spoke to me said it was no problem and got me in at my expected time. I was so glad since I knew a storm was coming both in Flagstaff and in Kayenta and I got my car serviced in time to beat the storm home. Thank you for caring about your customers even after the sales. :-)

Tina Neumann and her husband recently chose a preowned model of another make, but they said their salesman "Jotini" went above and beyond to extend courtesy and treat them with the best customer service experience they have ever been offered. Although they live long distance, he delivered the model to their home and took time to review its features and functionality. From management to sales…Tina and her husband say, "Findlay Toyota Flagstaff can't be beat!" They won't car shop any place else!
B. and C. Dusek just took delivery of their new Highlander. They said "We wouldn't buy anything other than Toyota…and we wouldn't go anyplace else! Findlay Toyota Flagstaff is THE PLACE to buy a car and Jotini is a wonderful salesman, too!"
